All product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
Refurbished Equipment Disclosure
Many products sold by Elite PTAC are refurbished equipment.
Refurbished equipment may contain cosmetic imperfections including minor scratches, dents, paint variations, or signs of previous use that do not affect operational performance.
Product photos are for illustrative purposes and may not represent the exact unit received.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided by Elite PTAC are subject to change without notice until payment is received.
Pricing errors, typographical errors, and inventory discrepancies may be corrected at any time.
Elite PTAC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing or inventory errors.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified on invoices, estimates, or purchase agreements.
Orders may not be processed or shipped until payment requirements have been satisfied.
Returned checks, failed ACH payments, chargebacks, or disputed transactions may result in delayed shipments, canceled orders, collection efforts, or additional fees.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and freight services are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Customers are responsible for:

- Inspecting shipments upon arrival
- Reporting freight damage promptly
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Elite PTAC shall not be responsible for delays caused by freight carriers, weather conditions, labor disruptions, supply chain issues, or events beyond our control.
Installation Requirements
All PTAC equipment must be installed by qualified personnel familiar with applicable electrical, mechanical, and HVAC requirements.
Elite PTAC is not responsible for:
- Improper installation
- Improper voltage
- Improper maintenance
- Code violations
- Damage caused by incorrect installation
Limited Warranty
Products sold by Elite PTAC are subject to the Elite PTAC One-Year Limited Warranty.
The warranty is a parts-only warranty unless otherwise specified in writing.
Customers are responsible for labor, service calls, diagnostic fees, shipping expenses, and other associated costs.

Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of refurbished HVAC equipment, all sales are final unless otherwise approved in writing by Elite PTAC.
Approved returns may be subject to:
- Inspection
- Restocking fees
- Freight charges
- Repair charges
- Administrative fees
Special-order items and custom-built products are non-returnable.
Limitation of Liability
Elite PTAC's maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product involved.
Under no circumstances shall Elite PTAC be liable for:
- Loss of revenue
- Loss of occupancy
- Business interruption
- Loss of profits
- Property damage
- Hotel relocation costs
- Consequential damages
- Incidental damages
- Special damages
