Return & Refund Policy

 

At Elite PTAC, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unit within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the unit’s purchase price.

The customer is responsible for arranging and paying all return shipping costs. Returned units must include all components originally supplied and must not have been damaged, altered, or improperly installed after delivery.

Before returning a unit, please contact Elite PTAC for return authorization and shipping instructions. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the unit has been received and inspected.

Original shipping and delivery charges are nonrefundable.
